From Russian Red Manchester they come: ready to strike you by amazing sound…The Arrestants! Five young lads playing expressive indie, revival rock, neo-garage with high strung guitar string tension along the lines of The Strokes, Oasis & The Rolling Stones before them. Each song evokes an emotion by its richly textured melody and emphasized powerful rhythms! Since the beginning of the year 2008 the band started to perform various gigs in clubs and pubs around Ivanovo. From the very beginning the band gets much closer to a British sound with cover songs of e.g. Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, The Kooks, Oasis and Radiohead. The Arrestants produced also some songs and three of them were recorded in the autumn 2009 and can be listened in this page.
